I am here to educate and empower you on your health and wellbeing journey, providing you with the knowledge and tools required to achieve your goals.
My Path to Holistic Health
I grew up on a dairy farm in Wynyard, where my connection to nature and its healing powers began. My career started in nursing, working in hospitals across Tasmania and on the mainland, including the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
In 2012, after meeting my husband Jeremy, I was introduced to natural therapies and alternative medicine, sparking my journey into holistic health.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others live their healthiest lives. From our rural property near Ulverstone, I grow nutrient-rich foods and medicinal herbs, crafting personalized remedies to support my clients' unique health needs.

More About My Journey
My own health journey has shaped my approach to wellness. I've personally faced challenges like depression, eczema, gastrointestinal issues, and hormonal imbalances. Through these experiences, I discovered that natural healing modalities provided relief where conventional medicine fell short.
I believe in a holistic, collaborative approach to health. Naturopathy can be highly beneficial, but there are times when working with GPs, specialists, or allied health professionals is necessary. By combining both, we offer the most comprehensive care.
True wellness means treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My focus is on understanding root causes and offering natural solutions for long-lasting balance and vitality. Whether online or in-person at my Gawler clinic, I provide a peaceful space to support your unique health journey.
Seeing my clients thrive and heal naturally is the most rewarding part of my work.
