Subtle energy and Animals

I have been working with Subtle energy for years now and have noticed how animals react to our emotions and individual personalities. 12 months ago, Jeremy’s horse Charlotte sustained an eye injury resulting in a corneal ulcer. We got the vet to Charlotte who assessed it and prescribed eye ointment 5 times per day. In order to treat Charlotte, it would require both of us, one person to hold her and apply the nose twitch whilst the other applied the eye ointment.

A friend of mine bought up a DVD on equine craniosacral therapy and we both took detailed notes on different technique holds. We then went and practised on Charlotte as she was needing a bit of tender loving care. She had always been a flighty Arab mare with a “U” neck and high head carriage and didn’t like putting the bridle over her ears and was sensitive around the pole. It was absolutely incredible to watch and observe Charlotte’s response to the treatment. She was licking her lips and yawning which is all very common when horses get any sort of muscle manipulation, bodywork, massage or chiropractic work. However, what came next was unexpected, she stretched with her front legs stretched out in front of her and sat back on her rump like a dog stretching. After a little while, I noticed she also had tears coming from both eyes, not just the eye which had the injury. Afterwards, we could treat Charlotte’s eye without a nose twitch, she became so relaxed with treating her eye that we no longer had to keep her in the stable and we could put her back in the paddock with the other horses. We could walk up to her and treat the injured eye without even putting a headstall on her. Charlotte continued to have a naturally lower head carriage as well and not “U” necked.
